Except for any warranty provided by the supplier or seller (if available), Adawat does not offer any additional guarantees or liabilities for products listed on the platform. By using the platform, users acknowledge and accept the nature and implications of these agreements.
Adawat, through its website and applications, aims to provide a premium online shopping experience. To ensure clarity and transparency, the following terms and conditions apply:
User / Customer / You: The individual who places orders for goods and products through Adawat's website or app and must have the legal capacity to do so.
Adawat: Refers to Saraya Commercial Group for Export and Import, Commercial Registration No. 21845, headquartered in Marj Al-Hamam, Amman, Jordan.
Homepage: The main page of the website/app displaying available categories and brands.
Categories: The main and sub-categories listed on the website/app.
Account: The user’s personal profile and order history, created upon registering to shop via Adawat’s website/app.
Commercial Online Price: The product prices listed by suppliers or product owners on the Adawat platform. These prices include any additional charges (such as taxes and new fees), excluding delivery fees.
Refund Credit: A balance collected in the user’s digital wallet on the Adawat website/app. This credit can be used at any time to pay for purchases instead of using cash or a credit card.
If a user notices a defect in the product upon delivery, they have the right to reject the product and request a replacement or refund, under the following conditions:
The product must be unopened and in its original condition.
Adawat’s customer service must be notified as soon as possible.
If the order has not been shipped within 24 hours, users can modify or cancel it without incurring any fees.
If the order has already been shipped, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, provided the product remains unopened and in its original condition.
If the customer notices visible damage to the products at the time of delivery, they may refuse to receive them and file a complaint via email at info@adawat.net or through the technical support feature on the website/app.
For individual damaged items during shipment, customers must notify customer service within 24 hours to request a refund or receive store credit in their Adawat account.
A photo of the damaged item must be included with the complaint to verify the product’s condition. The product must not be opened or unsealed.
Once a complaint is approved by the Adawat customer service team, refunds (via cash or credit card) will be processed within 14 business days. This period may be extended in cases involving third-party services, emergencies, public holidays, or technical issues.
In all cases of return or exchange, the product must be in its original packaging.
Any product that does not meet these conditions or other requirements set by Adawat will not be accepted.
Adawat reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available on the designated pages of the website and app. If the user does not agree with the updated terms, they must immediately stop using our digital platforms.
By continuing to use Adawat’s services through the website/app, the user confirms their acceptance of and commitment to these Terms of Use and any future agreements issued by Adawat.
